ABOUT NORM's

At Norm's we are proud to give our community another option, another place where you can feel at home, a place to enjoy delicious, fresh and healthy food in a welcoming environment. 

I grew up in Palo Cedro.  My parents still live in my childhood home in the neighborhood across the street from Norm's and Holiday Market.  My mom owned Down the Road Sidewalk Cafe.  Maybe you remember her plate sized cinnamon rolls?  Food is what my family does and food is what I do best.

We are excited to share with you the foods we love.  We are a scratch kitchen.  That means we create every day...every day using the freshest, highest quality ingredients to make something truly special.  We make half pound Angus burgers,  because we love eating them! Our fillets, are cooked to perfection, juicy and fork tender.  Our pastries and baked goods are made with butter, heavy cream and only the finest ingredients.  Why?  Because this is the way we cook at home.  This is how we cook for the people we love, and this is how we cook at Norm's for the community we love!

I've worked in restaurants most of my life.  I know food.  My husband, Chris, is a battalion chief for Cal Fire.  He's on his 28th fire season!  He's a fireman, he knows food!

Norm's is an extension of our home.  Gather with family and friends around our table.  Enjoy a pint and a great plate of food.  Come down to Norm's and let our people love on your people!
